HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP?

Normal shipping turn around time is 2-3 business days on average. During peak times, new releases, sales and holidays this time may be longer. If you have any questions please feel free to email info@pawsomestamps.com. Please include your order number in the subject line if possible. 


Please note that USPS is experiencing widespread delays.  Unfortunately, this is completely out of our control. We want you to get your crafty goodies as soon as possible, but once we drop off packages to the USPS we are unable to control the speed at which your package is delivered. Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding. If you are having troubles with receiving your package, please check your tracking number first. If your package seems to be lost, please contact us. 


Make sure your shipping address is correct, as our shipping program pulls this directly from your order. While we try to catch errors and make corrections, we cannot guarantee delivery to your desired address unless it is correct at the time your order is placed. If a package is returned to us due to the wrong address given, you will be responsible for additional shipping charges.  

CAN I ADD TO MY ORDER OR MAKE CHANGES?

During our closing sale we will not be able to accommodate any changes/cancellations to orders placed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. 

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

All orders will receive a tracking number. You will receive your tracking number via email at the time of shipment. If you are unable to locate your tracking number via email or on your account, please contact us at info@pawsomestamps.com

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we do! Once your address is put into the system, you will be able to calculate the shipping fees based on the different shipping options.
Orders outside of the United States are subject to duties, taxes, brokerage fees, clearance fees, and various other fees not listed here, as designated by your countries policies. Pawsome Stamps is not responsible for these charges. We must mark actual product value on the orders we ship.  We cannot reduce the value of your packages, or mark them as "gifts". Should you refuse a package for any reason, all shipping costs, duties, taxes, and any fees imposed by your country will be deducted from the refund owed to you once we receive the return.  

DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?

During our closing sale we will not be offering free shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.  

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

During our closing sale we will not be offering returns as the store will be closing. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
